Jiangsu Guangyu Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in 2003. It is located in China Fine Chemicals (Taixing) Development Park, 20 kilometers east of Beijing-Shanghai Expressway and 180 kilometers away from Shanghai, with convenient transportation. It covers an area of 40,000 square meters and has more than 210 employees, including 30 R&D personnel, 15 engineering and technical personnel, 12 analysts, 20 administrative personnel, and 143 production personnel. Among them, R&D personnel and engineering technicians all graduated with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or above, and the major first-line production workers have a college education or above accounted for more than 60%. The main founders of the company, both graduated from Tsinghua University and Peking University majoring in chemistry, have more than 20 years of professional work experience, and once engaged in R&D and production technology management in a famous domestic liquid crystal material manufacturer.
At present, the factory has fulfilled the environmental protection procedures. The products are alkyl substituted phenylboronic acid series 6t/a, alkyl substituted biphenyl series 3t/a, EA01 series 6t/a, 2HH3 series 21t/a, alkyl substituted biphenyl-2HBF3 6t/a .
Under the development philosophy of "focusing on technological innovation, promoting product production, leading the country and creating an international market", Jiangsu Guangyu Chemical Co., Ltd. has become one of the world's major suppliers of TFT color liquid crystal materials. However, when a number of research results are available for mass production and market demand is increasing, the originally declared technological transformation projects can no longer meet the production needs and market demands, and a number of practical technologies need to be effectively transformed into production capacity. Because of the limitation of production equipment and plant site, it is necessary to effectively allocate and transform the production process of the product on the basis of the original production workshop and production equipment, so that the existing equipment can be effectively used. The main technical reform contents are as follows: ①The production organization plan is adjusted, the current workshop equipment is laid out according to the product, and the layout is carried out according to the production process after the technical reform; ②The product plan and synthesis line are adjusted, the alkyl substituted phenylboronic acid series and the EA01 series are cancelled; the first phase The alkyl-substituted biphenyl series were cancelled, the third phase of the alkyl-substituted biphenyl-2HBF3 technical reform, the alkyl biphenyl series was newly added; 2HH3 series: 1HH4, 2HH2, 1HH5, 1HH2, 3HHV products were cancelled, and the remaining technical reforms were added; VHB series, VHP series, RPW series, RH2PFF(F3) series, RH(H)10WO2 series, CM43L series, after the technological transformation, the annual output of 2HH3 series products is 24 tons, VHB series 1.5 tons, and alkyl biphenyl series 8 tons , RH10W02 series 8 tons, RHPFF (F3) series 0.5 tons, VHP series 13.5 tons, RPW series 2 tons, CM43L series 0.2 tons (that is, this project).
The construction unit has commissioned Jiangsu Xinqingyuan Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. to prepare the environmental impact report of this project on October 16, 2018.
